Religions in the world.

There are five major religions in the world :
  1. Christianity
  2. Islam
  3. Hinduism
  4. Chinese traditional religion
  5. Buddhism

One of them is Christianity. I also an adherent of Christianity. Christianity teach us that Jesus is son of GOD. Jesus was born into the world to save mankind from the sin that has been done.

In Christianity there are ten commandments of God. Given directly by God to the people of Israel at Mount Sinai after He had delivered them from slavery in Egypt.
  • You shall have no other gods before Me
    • You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth
      • You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain
        • Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy
          • Honor your father and your mother
            • You shall not murder
              • You shall not commit adultery
                • You shall not steal
                  • You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
                    • You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's
Christianity plays a major role in shaping culture such as tradition to drink wine and eat bread. This tradition to commemorate the last supper before the crucified Jesus.

"Honor your father and your mother and You shall love your neighbor as yourself"
                      (Matthew 19:19)

                      =_STEREOTYPES_=

Stereotypes is our own idea about someone else if they belong the one group that different from us. Stereotypes is everywhere, many questions start with assuming something, like ethnicity or age, money, gender, politics, sex, religion, race, etc. With that question, many people keep stereotyping everyday and everywhere, this is because they are may be unconscious racists. Another reason people keep stereotyping is when they notice that other people is different and we have thought we are better than that people.

People usually think positively about themselves but negatively about others, this is caused by the way we think. We always think that others are certainly those who differ from us, no better than us. we always degrading other people before we know the person. But if we already know the person we will have a very different idea of thinking than we aren't know that person. Therefore, we shouldn't have bad thinking about others that we not know yet.

That can be done to get a better understanding about other people is POSITIVE thinking. With positive thinking:
                      1. Build a better sense of brotherhood with others
                      2. Create a sense of peace in our hearts
                      3. We can see the good side of this life
                      4. Create positive emotions that will also create a positive lifestyle
                      5. Make us avoid from stress

There is  some benefit if we think positive. So guys, start to think positive. Because the positive thinking make  we will be able to live better, can accept shortcomings or excess of others as a beautiful difference in our life.

The discovery of diamonds (1867) and gold (1886) caused wealth and immigration, and increased the control of foreigners, like the Dutch(first) and English (later), over the native South Africans. Modern South Africa operated under a policy of apartheid (the separate development of the races) for many years. The 1990s brought an end to apartheid politically and gave its black majority the power.
